WHO DOESN'T WANT TO GET IN KILLER SHAPE ??????
EVERY KIDS IN OUR SOCIETY NOW WANT TO BE IN A KILLER SHAPE.BUT THERE ARE MANY PEOPLES IN OUR SOCIETY WHO SAYS THAT A TEEN CAN NOT HAVE A SIX PACK AND IF HE GETS A SIX PACK HE WILLL NEVERRRRR GET TALLER 
DO        U  THINK IT  IS RIGHT???????????
  WANNA GET IN KILLER SHAPE LIKE HIM OR MORE THAN HIM ?

1)DIET:
IT IS THE MOST EFFECTIVE THING OF SIX PACK.IF U HAVE A FATTY BODY THEN UR ABS WILL NEVER REVEAL. AND IF U ARE FAT THEN U HAVE A RISK THAT U MIGHT NOT GET TALLER AND IT ALSO INCREASES THE CHANCE OF HAVING HEART ATTACK. SUGAR IS THE ENEMY OF ABS AND CHEST AND OTHER AREAS. WE SHOULD BE AWAY FROM BOTH SUGAR AND WHITE CARBOHYDRATES LIKE RICE PASTA ETC

WANT TO HAVE A SIX PACK WITHOUT CARDIO EXERCISES?? IT IS POSSIBLE BUT IT IS VERY HARD. SO WHY GO THE HARD WAY WHEN THERE IS A EASY WAY? THE MOST EFFECTIVE CARDIO EXERCISES ARE - JOGGING, SWIMMING AND CYCLING. THESE ARE VERY IMPORTANT FOR WEIGHT LOSS AND INCREASING METABOLISM.
3)WORKOUT:
THE TEENS WHO ARE LIKE 14 OR 15 SHOULD NOT WORK WITH WEIGHTS BECAUSE IT DESTROYS GROWTH PLATES . BUT THE MOST EFFECTIVE WAY TO GET MASS MUSCLE IS TO USE WEIGHT. BUT THE TEENS SHOULD ONLY DO FREE HAND EXERCISES LIKE-
1.PUSH UP(100 PER DAY)
2.V UPS(250 PER DAY)
3.DIAMOND PUSH UP(50 PER DAY)
4.CRUNCHES(500 OR MORE PER DAY)
5.DIPS(AS MUCH AS U CAN)
6.PULL UPS(AS MUCH AS U CAN)
7.PLANK(10 MINUTES PER DAY)
